“È stata un’esperienza nel contesto molto più che positiva. Un’oasi di benessere e tranquillità. La spiaggia sotto la pis”
The location, pool, and private beach were great. Nothing to complain about.

The pool and the large garden with palm trees were lovely. However, nothing was free—even no welcome water bottle in the fridge—which felt very limiting given the room rates. Likewise, the menu prices listed on their website were much lower than what we actually paid, and we felt trapped once we saw the real prices, such as 18 € for a very hard tomato with a bit of mozzarella.

A very beautiful hotel with a nice pool and a private beach; the staff were very friendly and attentive. The only drawback was the villa next door that hosts weddings, which has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is very quiet compared to the bustle in Tropea, which is a relief and great for relaxing. The pool and restaurant are excellent. However, the rooms lack equipment like a coffee machine and small touches, which is surprising for a hotel of this level. The private beach near the sea is good, but without a pier it’s hard to swim and a bit dangerous.

The experience was awful. During the night we repeatedly told reception about the loud fan and the cold air from the air‑conditioning system (initially central). Even after we kept reporting it, the cold air wasn’t fixed until 3:30 am, while the noise kept going all night, so we basically slept on the floor. The hotel later apologized and offered us a free daily pass to the resort as compensation, which we felt was totally inadequate for the serious discomfort we endured. At check‑out we even had to pay for a bottle of water and a cold tea. For a hotel of this caliber we expected much better help and problem handling. Very negative experience; we won’t return.
