Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I liked the integration with bars and the food court, the apartment itself, the mattresses, and the convenience of having shampoo and conditioner. I also appreciated the proximity to Thermas Laranjais and local shops. I didn’t like the high occupancy of the hotel, the subpar cleaning, the loud noise level, the elevator queues, or the state of the gym.

O conforto é ótimo e as áreas de lazer também são ótimos. Eu fui em feriado prolongado, cheio eu já sabia que estaria mais o resort deve estar melhor preparado para estas datas. O check in demorou muito, poucos funcionários atendendo, isso nos tirou tempo de qualidade no passeio. Fora que fomos informados que o resort em feriados autoriza o check in às 09:00 e não fomos informados pela plataforma

The apartment we stayed in was great, positioned behind the pool with no external noise, breakfast was excellent with many choices, staff were attentive, and the room was very clean. However, the pool water was scalding, making it uncomfortable to stay in; the elevators were overcrowded, with waits of at least 5 minutes, so we had to use the service elevator and even the stairs as a last resort (I’d recommend staying on the first five floors). Apartment share sellers were extremely annoying, coming every day to bother us. Check‑in was a mess, taking 40 minutes to get the key. The room lacked basic cutlery, a decent plate, and even cups.

My family and I loved staying at Olímpia Park Resort, and the location was spot on, close to everything.

It’s close to the main tourist spots, but the room’s cleaning left a lot to be desired: the towels were old and torn, the mini‑fridge and microwave looked never cleaned and smelled bad.
