The room was pretty good and you could sit outside. The cutlery was plastic, the coffee cups were paper, there were no plates and no way to wipe the used table. No glasses. The bathtub had no shower curtain.

Cleanliness, order, and a convenient location that made it quick to reach the stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and upon arrival you found various items included in the tourist tax, such as a bottle of fresh water with a mini fridge, which was very appreciated. The noise from other rooms was noticeable, but it didn’t bother us much.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The parking spot was guaranteed, and although it seemed hard to park at first, it turned out to be very easy. The parking area is fenced with an electric gate, and there are plenty of spots for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The room was tidy and had everything needed. The in‑room fridge was silent, a big plus that isn’t always found. Breakfast was exactly as described. Check‑in was straightforward and the directions were crystal clear. The host was ready and available for a small request. I’d call the courtyard a quiet oasis, a peaceful evening that I haven’t found elsewhere. The TV was missing in the room, and I liked that because it kept guests from bothering each other. The proximity to Pompei’s centre and the ruins was complemented by a bus that runs every 20 minutes. They could have let me park there, but they explained there’s a 2 € all‑day parking for the ruins. Top overall. The garden was well tended and beautifully lit. A second lounge chair in the garden would be nice. I still enjoyed stargazing without trouble near the tastefully lit olive tree.

The owners, whom we never met, let us drop our motorcycle gear and change well before check‑in time. The location is fairly close to modern Pompei’s centre, not the archaeological site, which is important to know. Also, the motorcycle is truly safe in an outdoor closed parking hidden behind the building. The room is really tiny, you can barely pass by the window (30 cm). There’s just a metal kit wardrobe for our stuff, and everything has to be placed on the floor because there’s nothing to put it on. It’s very clean, though. We’ve been traveling in Puglia for two weeks, and this is the worst room. It feels like a rental for profit, because the price is like other great, large, spacious, well‑furnished places. Here, there’s nothing.
