Everything was fantastic. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and the contactless check‑in worked well. The breakfast was superb, with something for everyone, plenty of fruit and desserts. Everything was great.

We were on the 3rd floor, so you have to take the stairs, but it’s not very high, so it’s fine. Noise was minimal. Self‑check‑in was very easy and everything was ready for us. The breakfast was super tasty and extensive, with fresh eggs brought to the table. I slept very well. The room had a bath and plenty of storage space. It’s close to the centre in a nice town, and we enjoyed lovely walks nearby. Free parking was safe behind a gate. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and small‑scale. The breakfast area isn’t very large, so it can get crowded on weekends and some guests have to wait, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

I found the place perfectly matches the photos, everything was great, but it would help if the code locker for the parking gate was marked more clearly. It took a while to locate the number board. Otherwise, arrival was smooth and the codes worked as they should. All good, I recommend it.

The breakfast was good, the vibe was cozy and not crowded like larger hotels. The lady at the counter kept restocking everything, offering plenty of options like tea, müsli, dried fruits, and the large shower with a fluffy towel made for a relaxing bath. We were told check‑in could be done until 20:00, but we arrived an hour earlier from the road and there was no one at the front desk. We had no roaming and didn’t receive any details except a PIN code via SMS, which we obviously didn’t get. The phone number listed didn’t have WhatsApp, so we couldn’t call. We sent emails and messages through the booking app upon arrival. After about 20 minutes, a couple of guests came out and called the person in charge on our behalf, so we finally got in; otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enter because the key was left inside. The reception made no other attempts to contact us with details, either by email or through Booking. There was an automated app message to fill a check‑in form, which is tedious if you have spotty internet, and after completion you receive no useful information. Guests should be warned about this and receive info via multiple channels, not just SMS. Also, the bathroom had a strong mould smell; since it has no windows, it should be aired more often.

The breakfast was rich and tasty, and the coffee was excellent – highly recommended. The downside was that entrance details were sent only via SMS, so if you have a different number you can’t get in and have to call them.
