The only good thing about this hotel was the stunning view from the pool to the sea. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was a disaster. The staff was almost nonexistent, and I had to ring the owner to get in and out of the property. To make matters worse, I got bitten by over 20 mosquitoes every morning, and the lack of curtains made me feel like I was living in a fishbowl. I checked out after just three nights - it was the best decision I made.
The pool was a highlight, and the rooms were spotless, but the layout was a bit confusing, and the doors were super narrow. We also had some issues with locking our room, but the maintenance guy was super helpful in getting it sorted out.
Finding the place was a challenge, and the caretaker could've been more knowledgeable about local info and transportation. Despite that, the owner should provide a clear pin for the location to avoid any confusion.
“Its nice but solo traveling women please read”
I was really impressed by the stunning views and the comfy bed, but unfortunately, the manager was a major letdown. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable with the way he interacted with me - knocking on my door multiple times, staring through my window, and making awkward comments. If you're traveling with a friend, this place might be okay, but I wouldn't recommend it to solo female travelers.
The staff, particularly Jan, were super helpful and responsive, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the comfortable mattress, quiet location, and parking for my bike. However, the pillows were a bit too high and uncomfortable, and there was no blanket provided. It would've been nice to have a microwave, and I had some issues contacting the owner through messaging apps.
