The beachfront setting and palm‑tree‑lined pools were amazing, the sandy beach was spotless, and if you prefer a pool there are two options; breakfast was good. The only drawback was that I only had 3 nights, wishing for a few more days.

The hotel room itself was nice, but the pool and spa were very cold, and the food was horrible.

For me, this is the best hotel in the world! I’m coming from Vienna, work at the airport, and also study tourism, so I pay close attention to service quality, guest satisfaction, and details. I can say with confidence that my time here really impressed me. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the care, friendliness, sincerity, and hospitality I experienced here were truly special. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel like a mere customer; I felt as if I were at home with my family. The hotel’s cleanliness, order, atmosphere, and service quality were all 10/10. What made it truly special for me was the staff’s approach. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, respectful, and warm. It was nice to see people genuinely enjoying their work. As someone studying tourism, I want to point out that a good hotel isn’t just about nice rooms or a beautiful building; the real thing is how it makes you feel. When I left, I took with me not just a pleasant stay but also memories of good people and good moments. When I return to Vienna, I’ll definitely remember this place with fond feelings. I already know where I’ll stay next time. Thanks to all the staff and everyone involved from the bottom of my heart. It was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it! 10/10 ❤️🙏⭐
