Ramada by Wyndham Los Angeles/Wilshire Center

The location was great, the room was very spacious and nice, and the staff were kind. The room stayed slightly hot and there were no Dodgers on TV.

“Somewhat clean, convenient area, great staff.”

The staff were nice and gave me another room at 3 am after I found cockroaches in my room. I had checked in early and was given an older room with an older TV, an older headboard, old blue chairs, and the AC barely blew cold air, so I had to stand next to it to cool down. The bathroom shower head was hard to rotate. Two days into my four‑night stay, around 3 am I wanted some ice left on the table and saw a cockroach running around happily. I also saw another one near the bathroom door, and I could have broken my legs if I had put my clothes on and run down to the receptionist in the lobby. I told them what was happening, showed them videos, and was moved to a new room that was much better with updated TV, bed, headboard, chairs, AC, and flooring. However, at the end of my stay while showering I noticed mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. I let the front desk know when I checked out. I don’t think I’d stay here again…

“Stosunek jakości do ceny super”

Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Lekki dziwny zapach na recepcji - jakiś przypraw - lekkie utrudnienie
