The property itself is very nice. Lots of good cafés within walking distance and the rooftop pool was great. The staff at the front counter were lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately one night we went up to the restaurant and the staff were busy but came across quite rude about them not really having space for us. They could have gone about it differently. Definitely don’t have that issue on the Gold Coast.

“Clean, comfy, reception need to lift their game”

I arrived with the expectation of a clean and comfortable stay, but the parking instructions on site were confusing and later turned out to be wrong, so I had to go back to reception twice to sort it out. They let me check out late, yet the room keys stopped working before the agreed time, which required another trip to reception to fix.

“The Astina Suit was luxurious and extremely comfortable. We had the best stay.”

The suite looked flawless and the modern décor was eye‑catching; the lobby and room carried a pleasant fragrance that I enjoyed. I appreciated being able to choose how the bedding was arranged, and the toiletries were lovely, with extra plush towels and face washers. The laundry and kitchen were fully equipped, even offering food wraps and salt and pepper shakers. The only downside was the absence of hand soap in the kitchen.
