“Bel hôtel, mais grosse déception”
The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. We were disappointed when we arrived at 19 h to dine at the restaurant and were denied entry because we hadn’t booked. Later, after dropping our luggage in the room at 18 h, we discovered we could no longer enter because the electronic lock was broken; the front‑desk staff eventually opened the door with a regular key after many complications. We lost a lot of time and barely enjoyed the room, and we would have appreciated a small gesture from the hotel, even a simple complimentary cocktail, as compensation.
