I paid a premium price for breakfast, yet there were only three items available, and the same three options were served each day. The lack of variety was disappointing, especially given the cost. I urge management to broaden the breakfast menu and offer more choices for guests.

“I don’t like this hotel really very disappointed 👎🏻”

I stayed at Hans Inn Batam for 2 nights and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. I booked a Suite Room, but the air-conditioning did not work properly throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and difficult to use. The bathroom flushing was not working properly either. One thing that concerned me the most was that while I went outside for shopping, hotel staff entered my room and changed the bedsheets and towels without informing or asking me beforehand. I had valuable personal belongings inside the room, so I was uncomfortable with staff entering the room without my knowledge or permission. I believe guests should be informed before housekeeping enters the room, especially when the guest is away. The balcony was also dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Overall, I was very disappointed with the room facilities, cleanliness and the way housekeeping was handled. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the service for future guests. “Good accomodation”

The recent renovation brought upgraded bathroom features, but the pillows are too soft for my taste.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful—my wallet was misplaced during check‑in, and they found it immediately and returned it without any loss. Thankfully, everything was fine. On the downside, there were a few small scratches on the floor.
