The location was very convenient, close to the station, a supermarket was around the corner, and it was walkable to Victoria market.

The room was great, super comfortable, and I was upgraded on arrival, but the breakfast was a little samey each day.

The staff were helpful and the amenities were nice, but the room service meal was disappointing because it came on a tray with wooden cutlery instead of proper cutlery for the chicken parmigiana, which felt very difficult and disappointing.

The staff were all exceptional! It was my daughter’s birthday and they gave her a Dorsett Teddy and a beautiful card, and there was nothing else to complain about.
