I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were friendly and helpful, my experience was marred by a dirty room with a pan splattered all over the wall. “Never use to book hotels”

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was not provided with the accommodation I had paid for. The experience was extremely frustrating, as I had confirmed my booking multiple times over the phone, only to be told that the hotel was fully booked due to a wedding party. When I tried to reach out to the support team, I received no response.

I'm still trying to make sense of my recent stay at a hotel that seemed to be going through a phase of utter confusion. When I asked the staff about the hotel's quality, they simply replied "GOOD", which didn't give me any clear indication of what to expect.
