The hotel's location is unbeatable, with top attractions, restaurants, and city life just steps away.
The cleanliness of my room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Everyone and everything was great, the train station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of eateries nearby, with no issues.
“Assolutamente negativo. Non tornerò mai più negli alberghi della società”
I didn’t like anything; upon arrival they rerouted us, claiming a “free upgrade” to the hotel across the street, Mediterraneo, which actually cost less but I ended up paying more even after I complained. The room, hall, and tiny, dysfunctional bathroom were awful, and a dog without a muzzle was roaming around the breakfast tables with its owner.
I’ve always enjoyed staying with the Bettoja hotel group. The staff, the room, and the location are fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
The place is in a great spot, so getting around the city was a breeze. The AC was spot‑on, especially useful when the outside temps were scorching. That said, the hotel calls itself a four‑star but it feels more like a three‑star. Breakfast was pretty plain and I’d have liked more fresh veggie options. On my last day I grabbed a breakfast box for an early departure, but the croissant inside wasn’t fresh. The Wi‑Fi was spotty and unreliable. The biggest gripe was the lack of soundproofing; at night I could hear almost everything from the hallway and the rooms above. On the first night a group of young people were loud in the hallway around 2:30 a.m., and I could hear toilets flushing and people walking in the room above me, sometimes even furniture moving upstairs. The poor insulation really ruined my sleep quality.
“Good spot for a 3 night stay for ease of access to Termini station.”
It’s close to the train station and has old‑world charm. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which feels a bit minimal. Otherwise it’s a comfortable place to stay and easy to get to the sights and the train station.
