The location is good, just off the motorway. I arrived late after a delayed ferry, but the receptionist was very helpful. I could park my motorbike safely outside. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet at night.

The location was lovely. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers because the boiler wasn’t working; they called someone out, and it was fixed around midnight.

Parking was great, the large room was well‑situated near the bus station. The problem was with the evening menu card; many menus were no longer available because the cards had changed.

The property sits in a nice spot. On our first night on the ninth floor, we had no hot water at all, and when we pulled out the sofa it was covered in dust at the back, as if it hadn’t been touched in a long time.

Very close to my event venue. Room big and beautiful. Appeared “clean “. Very strong smell of old dust at the head end of the bed. Immediately triggered my allergies. In the end I had to move the pillows to the foot end. This experience spoiled my entire sleep and night of my birthday celebration and for such a high amount I paid for the room!
