All praise from the arrival, breakfast, dinner, friendliness, service, motorcycle garage, room size and décor, every detail, cleanliness, spa center, and massages. The effort and sacrifice of the Bonetti family is evident in this job for the guest’s satisfaction. The best hotel ever.

The place sits right in the town centre, and the lake is a short walk away; if you’re after the cable car it’s super convenient. The staff were warm and genuinely family‑friendly. The only downside was that the apartment spread over two floors, and the main‑floor bathroom had a bathtub that was hard to get into.

We spent two days at the hotel and felt completely at ease and relaxed. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, always trying to fulfil every wish; what impressed us most was how professionally and solution‑oriented they handled any criticism. When we raised an issue, solutions were offered immediately – something we rarely see in hotels. The outdoor pool overlooking the Dolomites is simply gorgeous! The sauna is small but nice, and there’s also an indoor pool in the wellness area. To our delight, we could book wellness treatments on short notice. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for all ages, so boredom is unlikely. We also appreciated the helpful, personal advice on what to do in the area. The food was a definite highlight: the kitchen serves tasty, high‑quality dishes that reflect local specialties, and we were pleased to find wild‑game options on the menu. Complemented by fine regional wines, it was a perfect match. After just two days we realised how much we had relaxed, and we left with many beautiful memories. A place where warmth, enjoyment, and recovery truly come together. We’ll definitely return!
