“Wszystko super 😃”
The rooms were great, clean, and smelled good; the large, comfortable beds were a big plus. We had three rooms (one 2‑person and two 3‑person), and the room on the first floor (2‑person) had a small flaw: it smelled like cigarettes, but otherwise it was fine. Parking was no problem, plenty of spots, and online help was quick. The only issue was that the self‑check‑in system had trouble with Polish surnames containing the letter “ś”; the keyboard didn’t support Polish characters, so we couldn’t get the key card because the system didn’t read the name without those characters. The problem was resolved quickly by contacting staff (sad that there was no on‑site help), but it could be an issue if someone arrives in the middle of the night and needs a room key.
