Location and service were good; everything else was fine.

Location and free parking were good, but the room hadn’t been cleaned; we were moved to a larger room that was much better, yet overall the hotel was neither clean nor in good condition, and the standard room was tiny—disappointing for the price.

I liked the location, but the room smelled a lot of insecticide, the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t open fully, there was little hot water, it was very hot, and the fans were noisy.

The owner was clean and friendly, but a cat in the yard kept me from sleeping all night and into the morning, and the host sent me a wrong address that made me walk six streets, then sent another wrong location—so much confusion to get there.
