Location, free plain water, cleanliness, helpful owner in providing info on travel. Wrong location in Google map. Wasted 2 hours going to 2 wrong places and had to ask 2 locals to call d owner 2x. She didn't provide detailed information on how to get from Zumiao Station, eg turn left or right at which exit
