“Péssima estadia.”

I didn’t like anything about this accommodation. The room had a lot of mold and dust, was closed with a moldy smell that caused breathing problems. The shower didn’t heat, only a trickle of water. Wifi was unstable and kept dropping. The counter was dusty and the minibar made a lot of noise, making it unusable. The bed was wobbly and shook a lot, giving us a sense of insecurity. The window faced a shaft with a lot of mold and damp walls, creating a respiratory hazard. We chose this place because it was more expensive that day on the booking site, expecting comfort, and we were totally deceived. Because of these issues we didn’t even dare to have breakfast at the hotel.

“Decepcionante”

The lodge looks pretty old-fashioned, but the rooms have dirty walls and the outlets keep falling out. The window air‑conditioner is old and loud, and the light is cold. There’s no bedside table or support. Breakfast was very weak—only a few uncovered items, little variety, low quantity, and they serve "apresuntado" instead of ham. Also, the booking didn’t make it clear that I’d have to pay the property directly, as is usually the case, with no pre‑payment.
