The pool area is great and the new reception staff are very welcoming; the nearby restaurants are also excellent, though the older part of the hotel still needs a facelift to match the new side.

A solid hotel for a long trip, but the shower had a wide but very low spray and everything in the bathroom got wet.

What I liked most was how friendly everyone was, especially the staff who allow dogs everywhere—an unusually good policy.

Breakfast was good, yet the rooms for disabled guests with walk‑in showers aren’t listed in the booking options.
