The location was great, and there was nothing negative.

Staying here was a disaster - the room was filthy, with a bad smell and mold everywhere. The bed was awful and the air conditioning didn't work. To make matters worse, there was no water for flushing the toilet, showering, or even drinking. The security staff were decent, but that's about it. I didn't even bother to unpack before checking out and finding somewhere else to stay.
