The house was super special! Very pretty, well kept, and the room was lovely. They were very cold when we arrived, not very hospitable, we saw them once and then nothing, no phone in case we had any problems. Then the breakfast was a picnic basket, but it wasn’t varied.

Lovely place. Room was excellent, really comfy bed, great shower, all very clean and well appointed. Breakfast hamper was great too. A couple of minute walk into town for a choice of pubs/eateries. Nothing

Even though the room sat above a pub, it was surprisingly quiet; the staff went out of their way to accommodate a dietary requirement and exceeded our expectations. The room itself was lovely and every feature worked flawlessly.

The Continental Breakfast in a Basket was adequate, the place was impeccably clean, staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. Housed in a 13th‑Century building full of charm, you’ll have to watch out for low beams, but the bathroom was great. Aside from the fact that it’s a 700‑year‑old building and not a modern travel lodge, there’s not much else to note.

Nice room. I was flying early next day and you could hear clearly music and those laughing in the oub in the room. Pub closes at 1am. God knows what it would be like with a live band or a DJ. I left and found another hotel
