The proximity to the Old Town was a plus, but the place could have been a touch cleaner.

The hotel was clean, everything was fairly new, and the single owner was always willing to help. Thanks. He speaks English and Arabic. However, because we weren’t familiar with Jerusalem, we discovered that this hotel is in the Muslim quarter, which turned out to be an unpleasant surprise.

Good location, but certainly not one minute from the Old City - more like 10. The hotel wouldn't honor it's discount for staying more than a week. Also, although they gave me fresh towels every day, no one EVER cleaned our room, which got pretty grimy after 8 days
