The hotel is new, with parking included in the reservation, a valet, very clean, all brand‑new, an excellent luggage rack, and flawless facilities. The breakfast was simple but met our needs. The air‑conditioning is new, so the normal noise is there, but the problem is that part of it sits on the mattress, so it’s on top of the bed, which is very bad, especially for those who have air‑conditioning issues. The location was annoying because, due to the heat, we had to keep it on at night and we fell ill. The window opens little; we understand it’s for security, but it makes ventilation difficult, and since we don’t get along with air‑conditioning, natural ventilation would have been better for our health. That’s why we turned on the air‑conditioning for comfort, mainly thermal, which later caused discomfort like headaches. We woke up several times during the night. The door doesn’t have a peephole. The mattress is soft, but we managed to sleep reasonably well. These observations are important for a better stay. Our trip was to rest and explore the city.

The hotel is new, comfortable, pretty and clean. Even the smell is pleasant. The team is very polite and helpful. They allow pets and, on top of that, there’s a huge lawn in front where you can walk the dog. The only issue was the pillows.

Quartos muito limpo, cama confortável. Funcionário da recepção nem um pouco cordial, truculento, falta de vontade. Cheguei por volta das 21h e mal boa noite recebi, ao me receber e confirmar a reserva, exigiu documento com foto e acredito que o mesmo não tenha aprendido a palavra “por favor”, como se ele tivesse com mínima vontade de trabalhar, nem o nome ele não se apresentou, péssima experiência com o mesmo
