Overall, the hotel is decent and offers great value; the room is comfortable, the bedding is very cozy, and daily cleaning is done with care. The air‑conditioning, TV, fridge, and especially the washing machine are real pluses, especially for a multi‑day stay. The hotel is a bit off‑center from the city centre, but that keeps it quiet, unlike the noisy Old Quarter, and getting there is easy by Grab, scooter or taxi. The bathroom stays clean thanks to the daily housekeeping, though some grout is blackened and could use renovation. I also found three cockroaches during my stay, one of them a small one in my bed; it may not be directly linked to overall cleanliness, but it was still unpleasant. The reception staff were somewhat cold, although not all of them.
