I had the pleasure of staying in a charming rustic barn with incredibly comfortable beds and plush blankets. The serene atmosphere was only disrupted by the sweet songs of birds and the occasional crowing of a rooster in the morning. Although the bathroom and kitchen were located downstairs in the owner's house, the warm welcome and cozy accommodations made up for it.
I recently stayed in a rustic barn, which offered a serene atmosphere, but unfortunately, it wasn't the most comfortable experience. The lack of a proper mattress was replaced with old, worn-out hay, which was hard and not exactly what I was expecting. The space was also quite dusty, and there wasn't a designated seating area indoors, only outside.
The hotel's rural setting was a major draw for me, and I loved being surrounded by the peaceful countryside. However, I did find that the rooms and hallways could have benefited from some extra lighting - it felt a bit dim and gloomy, especially in the evenings. Despite this, the natural beauty of the surroundings more than made up for it, and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Overall, it was a lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
