Our stay at Empire Hotel was genuinely enjoyable, yet what impressed us most was Megi’s reception welcome—she was the best host we’ve ever encountered in any hotel. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with warmth, offering water and coffee, and remained attentive, professional, and caring throughout. Even on departure, when we couldn’t have breakfast, Megi personally arranged two lunch boxes for us, a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you, Megi, for your hospitality and attention; such service truly makes a difference.

“Perfect”

The stay was amazing, the hotel very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere relaxing and pleasant. A special thank you to the three girls at the reception—they were all incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable and keeping us comfortable throughout our visit. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service, and overall it was a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend. “Love this hotel”

We had a wonderful stay at Empire Hotel, and the reception team truly made our experience special. The girls at reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional, greeting us warmly, offering water and coffee, and impressively not charging us for anything—a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about guests. They were always smiling, helpful, and attentive, and their kindness and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the amazing reception team! ❤️ You are definitely one of the highlights of Empire Hotel, and we will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Prestation moyenne pour un prix élevé”

The bed was super comfy and the pancakes were a nice touch. I liked the smart TV and the shower, and the rooftop had potential. On the downside, the pool was dirty, the private dining area was far from the hotel, and the concierge was slow to book partner activities. There was no blinds in the room and the breakfast was just okay.
