Getting here from the highway was a breeze, the bed was comfortable, showers had plenty of hot water, and the place was very quiet except for the hotel room doors shutting.

Breakfast was excellent, and the servers—Tariq on weekdays and the weekend server—made our stay enjoyable. I also appreciate the front desk supervisor; her professionalism, experience, and kindness were superb. The hotel manager is lucky to have such staff. However, the check‑in experience and the follow‑up were unpleasant. The conflict between my reservation and the hotel's records wasn’t handled adequately by either the hotel or the third‑party booking agency. Because my booking was through a third party, I felt that such bookings were not honored as well as direct ones, and the hotel did not help resolve the issue, so this was not just a hotel problem.
