“You have got bettter options for a 12000 Rupees stay”
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was spot on, very close to Guindy and easy to reach the airport. The gym was well equipped. The bar was super nice and friendly. The AC was below par and I had to manage with a fan. No driver’s accommodation. No Guinness in an Irish bar? You must be kidding. The suite room was not large enough. The coffee maker kept boiling water only; only an instant sachet was provided.
“I WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN. NOR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS”
There must be at least a few, say 4 or 5, smoking rooms. Early‑morning toilet going was a trauma without smoking. At least smoking inside the toilet should be possible as no detector is placed inside. Another demeaning feature was that one has to stand under the sun to smoke outside the entrance. Smokers are not criminals. Provide a shade like an umbrella and a stool chair for decent smoking. I had to lift down up the 8th floor. Non‑sense.
It was a pretty good experience at Hablis hotel; breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options, definitely worth the price. I especially appreciated Chef Anbu, who greeted me with a big smile every day, Ms. Priya Singh, who patiently helped my colleague and me with FORM C, and the housekeeping lady Ms. Asha. Receptionist Prashanth also impressed me with his knowledge of China, making the overall stay feel like a 5‑star hotel in my view.
The location and polite staff were good. The restaurant is good too. Wifi was not functional sometimes.
