“An excellent hotel that meets the standards of luxury with amazing staff members that are attentive”
The staff were amazing, the rooms were amazing, and the overall style of the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast, though, missed out on local variety; Swahili dishes were absent, and the presence of croissants, muffins, and other European cakes diluted the local flavor. I would recommend that Serena in Arusha consider adopting the buffet breakfast from the Serena in Dar‑es‑Salaam, where guests can enjoy fresh local fruits, breads, and a range of Swahili foods. Guests would appreciate the diversity and would not feel compelled to eat European foods. For dinner, the menu could be trimmed of pizza, pastas, and other items that are not common in Tanzania, offering a more varied selection that guests would value.
