The location was great, but the room lacked a BIC and I had to put my clothes on the chairs, which was a bit inconvenient, earning a 9.0/10.

The bed was amazing and the shower felt heavenly, yet everything else was just up to standard, so I gave it an 8.0/10.

They were very accommodating: we checked in early for our flight, they arranged breakfast earlier and even handled an airport transfer for our family, ensuring we got to the airport on time, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable we rested well before the flight, but as a family we found our adult child and teen placed in a different area a little ways from us; the rooms could have been closer, which is why I rated it 8.0/10.

The staff were great and breakfast was okay, but there were black marks on the white bedding, not enough desk space for a small laptop, a chair at the desk blocked passage past the bed, a broken shutter on the bathroom window, a cupboard door poorly hung, and a driveway sliding gate that was so loud it woke me every time it opened or closed, giving me a 5.0/10.
