The room was very large, had a wardrobe for your belongings, and came with air conditioning. There is a covered parking area at the back of the hotel for scooters, which is perfect for protecting them from rain and sun. The location is calm because it’s off‑center. However, a strong damp and stale smell greeted me upon arrival, which fortunately dissipated with the air conditioning. I think an extractor fan should be added, and the room should be left open and aired before being handed over to guests. The room is on the ground floor, so it’s not acoustically isolated; you’ll hear check‑ins and check‑outs. The mattress is very soft, which is odd for Vietnam where mattresses are usually firmer.

Everything was wonderful, except the back of the KS area had a slightly early rooster sound. I forgot my wallet, and the KS staff kindly kept it and returned it to me.

“Overall good hotel, good price, but need to manage random people entering the property and knocking at the door.”

The first‑floor room had a very damp, musty smell, so they let me switch to room 201 on the second floor. The shower was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the location was quiet at night. The only negative was that a non‑hotel guest knocked on my door early in the morning and wouldn’t leave until I opened it; I don’t understand why the hotel would allow that. They had the wrong room. The second‑floor room was great, but I wish they wouldn’t let non‑guests upstairs knock on my door.
