They should have told me the hotel closed without charging my card, and they owe me the amount that was deducted without any notice of the closure.

Nothing positive. I arrived to find the hotel permanently closed, never got any notice, yet the payment had been received via transfer a few days earlier and the closure was not communicated. It's disappointing; I expect a refund.
