The location was acceptable. The room was small with two small beds, the bathroom was good. The relationship with the owner was cold. The stairs at the entrance are not recommended for older people. They charged us 25 Euros for cleaning that was never done. They did not change our towels.

I liked the modern vibe and the fact that everything I needed was there. The place is close to both the old and new city centers, and the TV offers several apps. On the downside, they asked me for my ID and a photo before arrival via WhatsApp, which felt unnecessary. The hair dryer and its outlet were broken. No one was available to help us, and the shower drain got clogged, causing water to reach the bed. We couldn’t clear it because there was no mop or bucket; a bucket and mop should be provided for such situations. Nobody assisted us.

The location is great and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean.

It was good to have a shared kitchen. The building has many guests but no manager, and shared areas aren’t cleaned daily. There’s no flexibility with check‑in or check‑out, and we couldn’t leave our luggage for a few hours. The online check‑in was confusing and difficult.

We were five adults and a child, and having our own room with a private bathroom worked out perfectly for us. The cleanliness was good, the beds were comfortable, and there were no issues. It’s only about a 10‑minute walk to the center, and there’s a supermarket right by the entrance. I’ll definitely return.
