The newly renovated rooms were great, and there was even a small dishwasher in the kitchenette.
The staff, room, and location were all excellent.
The rooms feel very modern and clean, but the room faces the interior side (future reception), so the windows can't open and anyone can look into the room from there.
“Un buen hotel en una zona con muy poca oferta hotelera”
The hotel in Jasper was comfortable, with a parking bag at the door. The room was spacious, the bathroom even larger, and it came with a full kitchen—more like an apartment hotel. The only downside was the price, the most expensive stay on our Rockies trip. There’s a serious lodging shortage in Jasper after the 2024 fire that destroyed several hotels and cut the supply sharply. The destination now has very few options and is extremely pricey. The price itself is outrageous, especially since breakfast wasn’t included; they’re taking advantage of the lack of accommodation after the 2024 blaze.
“A nice, modern hotel on the edge of town with easy parking and easy access to the main road”
We had one of the best and most spacious rooms on our trip, on the edge of town but only about a 15‑minute walk into town. We didn’t use any of the facilities at the sister hotel next door. A huge shout‑out to the maintenance guy from New Zealand who fixed my sunglasses—he’s a star! The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and barely looked up when we checked out.
