The spot is great, nothing to complain about.
“Pretty costly for what you received.”
The staff were friendly and the old building had a nice renovation, plus the bed was big and comfortable. The fridge was warm when we got there, and the car park was a decent walk from the room.
The room, location, and off‑street parking were good. Too many stairs and no lift; no offer to help with luggage. The back room is too close to garbage trucks and traffic next door.
“Nice central CBD location, clean and tidy. Very friendly front office staff.”
The central location was great, and I have no negative feedback.
“Very disappointing”
Big room. Toilet brush caked in feces and milk open and used in the fridge. Basic amenities. The booking description said I’d booked a room with a spa but on arrival there wasn’t one. We called ahead and asked if we could check in 1hr early to shower and change for an event after driving from Bundaberg staff were not helpful or accommodating
