The hotel staff were very nice and polite, trying to support as much as they could. The room felt outdated and unclean, with a strong smoke smell that lingered especially at night, and the noise from nearby clubs made it hard to sleep. My car got scratched because the parking lot is tiny, cluttered with construction debris, and there was no space left for cars to park; it was sad that my new car was damaged and the person responsible didn’t even apologize. Security was helpful, but the parking area isn’t fully covered by cameras, so I couldn’t identify the culprit. I strongly recommend that management clean up the garage, install proper security cameras, and restrict parking to hotel residents only.
