The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay highly recommended if you’re heading to Holbox. The hotel itself is comfortable and the beach area is lovely. We were very content, and everything else I liked!

The rooms are spacious and nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit farther from the center, so when the roads flood you’ll need a taxi.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at; the room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the staff were very attentive. The location isn’t close to Holbox’s center, but that worked for us as we wanted to escape the bustle. We also enjoyed the pool with a hot tub and the kayak, which can be rented at the lodge. Overall, our stay was perfect. The beach had a bit of driftwood that could be removed, as some other places do.

My wife, our little Maya mascot, and I stayed in a sea‑front room, and the view was truly spectacular. Everyone on the staff was super kind and treated us very well; I want to thank the whole team, especially Rodrigo, Alexis, and Mariano. The food was truly delicious; we ordered a special lobster dinner with garlic mojo, and they gave us a lobster cream soup first, which we loved. The portions and flavor exceeded our expectations. Honestly, we found nothing wrong—this is a 100% relaxation hotel, so don’t expect bars or anything on the walk; you’ll have to go to the center for that.
