The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, yet the building is run down. It was decent and clean, but it really needs more furnishings, better quality side tables, and closer spacing. The bathroom lacks a shelf or any counter space. The AC unit worked, but it was old and missing the buttons; it feels like they tried to remodel it and ran out of money, finishing only about 80 % of the job.
It’s a good starting point for a visit to Hoover Dam, but about an hour after moving in we had to relocate to another room instead of relaxing.

The location is great, not too far from the strip and traffic is light. The room was very nice and spacious, and the staff were great! Parking was also very convenient. I would stay here again and recommend it!
