Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The view from the terrace, the cleanliness, the staff’s helpfulness, and the breakfasts were satisfactory. However, the bedbugs in the rooms really ruined our stay, and the quality of dinners didn’t meet the expected level of a four‑star hotel, which was a big loss for the overall impression of the hotel. It would be worth making changes.

Unfortunately nothing. Apart from one receptionist who handled our check‑in and another nice employee at the restaurant (the one who used to clean the tables, she should actually be in charge of the restaurant because she gave excellent, careful service to everyone), there was no other positive note. I would rather not go into details, but we interrupted and cancelled our stay early and moved to another hotel.

The hotel was in a good spot and we had a spacious room. Dinner and breakfast were tasty, but the food that ran out wasn’t replaced. The wellness area was good. The room had a lot of bedbugs, which was quite annoying for us. The hotel could use a bit of renovation. The corridor and stairs weren’t cleaned.

Lokalita. Vracíme se již po několikáté k Vám,ale letos bylo velké zklamání jidlo a vše ohledně této služby.Na stole během jídla zůstávalo nádobí.Jidlo bylo přesolené.Rucniky nám za cely týden nikdo nevyměnil.Nevím jestli se příště vrátíme…
