“Satisfying overall”

The place was clean and in a good spot. Parking was accessible and well lit. I stayed one night, then a few days later, and the staff let me leave my car in the lot while I took trains and buses to see the sights. The transit terminal was super close and easy to reach. (I didn’t meet any Aloft staff, but the person I talked to knew how to use it and we figured it out together.) The walk‑to food options were sparse, and there seemed to be nothing on site.

“Nice and safe setting.”

The staff were helpful and let me park my car for extra nights while I rode bus and train before coming back for another stay at the hotel. The only hiccup was that they didn’t check whether I had a Marriott member number.

The spot was convenient, parking was plenty, the room and facilities were clean, and the staff helped out. However, I needed an ADA‑accessible room for my 84‑year‑old mother who can’t walk without a walker. The shower drain was awful – it poured into the toilet area and flooded the floor, so we had to build a towel dam to hold the water. The staff did bring extra towels, which was appreciated. The indoor pool wasn’t heated – it was freezing. The American flag near the parking lot was ripped and torn, which was disgraceful.

“It was okay”

The convent location was nice, but there was no baggage cart at checkout.
