The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, the Wi‑Fi is good, and there are sockets for charging electronics inside the capsules. The capsules are well priced. The book collection in the cafe‑lobby is tasteful. The only downside is that only one relatively small pillow is provided, and the curtains don’t block out enough light, which is inconvenient because they can be turned on until 3 am. There’s also no control over other guests’ behavior – one night a couple of them had a long conversation past midnight.

It’s a dorm type but offers privacy. Clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is right at Chinatown, making it very accessible to places to visit in Singapore. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever visit SG again.

“A beautiful & friendly hostel right beside Chinatown”

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfy, the location was great, we even had a handy community WhatsApp group, and the light breakfast was included for those of us leaving early in the morning. Still a budget place, but decent for that price. The downside was the surprisingly few bathroom facilities for a hotel that sleeps so many people – apparently there was only one toilet/shower per floor. I was lucky to find an empty shower when I arrived, but after I finished there was someone waiting for me and the downstairs shower was already in use.
