The rooms were spacious and tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and the area was quiet. Checking in via the key box was perfect! Parking at ReWe was great for us. Breakfast at ReWe was also fine; you can sit comfortably there.

“Perfekte Location für die Übernachtung in Romrod”

We booked the room only as a place to stay for one night, so we can’t evaluate everything, but what we used was flawless. We were received very warmly and charmingly. Check‑in and information about the room, key, and doors were quick and hassle‑free. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious enough for a single night and very clean. Because our stay was short, we didn’t use the common areas. The restaurant/café offered a good and very tasty selection of dishes, including vegetarian options, and the homemade cake was fresh from the oven. (We ate: stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, salad with baked camembert, coffee, and raspberry cake). For tall people or those with significant mobility restrictions, the stairs to the rooms can feel a bit narrow and low. The contact was very charming and family‑like, both regarding the room and the service in the café. If we become guests again at the castle next door, we’ll try to stay there. There are no parking spaces directly at the accommodation, but across the street at REWE or the pharmacy, the latter even has an e‑charging station. Bottom line: it was perfect for us!
