Everything and everyone were great – the hosts were friendly, the breakfasts delicious, the room private and comfortable, and there were plenty of birds to enjoy. It’s next to occasionally noisy railroad tracks, but the trains didn’t run at night.

The GPS and the handwritten directions to Casa Paloma turned the trip into a thrilling treasure hunt, and we actually found a treasure. While touring the house we saw layers upon layers of local and famous artwork, one-of-a-kind furniture, and intriguing architecture. My favorite part was the welcoming ambassadors: two well-behaved, affectionate black Labs. Ray, in his colorful chef’s uniform, and Katie served us gourmet, five‑star breakfasts every morning, and I’d definitely return just for that. We stayed for Valentine’s Day, and for 35 years my husband has surprised me with a trip each year—Bora Bora, a park model in Sedona, and Casa Paloma are among our favorites ❤️ ♥️ 💖. I’d love to come back when the gardens and landscape are in full bloom.

It was the best bed‑and‑breakfast experience ever. The hosts were outstanding, the property gorgeous, the birds amazing, and the food delicious. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Freshly baked breads with a variety of jams came in sweet little Mexican pottery pieces, and the silverware was real silver—a lovely touch. The cooked breakfast was wonderful: one day cream‑cheese French toast, the next day omelettes with bacon, sausage, and potatoes. The house is partly old adobe with a rich history, plus a stunning new kitchen that’s fully up‑to‑date. Special treats were everywhere—cookies, biscotti, candies, wine, and evening aperitifs. Hosts Katie and Ray were always on hand, helpful and friendly, and I loved all the bird feeders, cardinals, hummingbirds, and many others. It was a perfect stay.
