The host and his wife are delightful; limited English was no issue thanks to the host’s use of Google Translate. Breakfast featured typical Italian coffee, pastries, and juice, with an excellent espresso. The selection of beer, wine, spirits, and ice cream was great, and the outdoor dining and seating areas were lovely. The secluded lakeside location offered amazing star views and easy access to the rally stages. We enjoyed a delicious Sardinian home‑cooked dinner one night, and Augustino, the cat, was a wonderful love bug. The only downside was the mattress, which felt too firm for us.
