A beautifully maintained estate, larger than I expected. Grace takes care of the grounds and house superbly, doing a great job. The animals, olive and chestnut trees, and vineyards are simply wonderful. The pool is a must‑visit.
“QUINTA MINHOTA SOBERBA”
The farm! It captures the true Minho! The view and location are amazing! The immersion in nature and animals… spectacular! The tank water and the birds when we wake up… the vineyards… We loved the wonderful Zulu worker’s castle and the farm donkey. Loving! The pool is incredible with a wonderful view! The environment matches a true Minho luxury! The billiards and the matrecos are a must! The wood stove in the kitchen allows great cooking! The salamanders and the main fireplace keep us cozy in Minho winter comfort! Air conditioning everywhere… perfect! Lime bridge at its best! The reception from Graça who gave us a king cake and regional wine. We advise this house to anyone who appreciates traditional Minho trout without neglecting great comfort, in communion with the wonderful nature of the farm! Passionate. Few things can be pointed out. They are minimalisms that don’t spoil the 10‑point rating! It would be good to have kitchen seasonings (olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.), missing dishwasher tablets. Picky. The bathrooms and beds could be improved or restored, bath gel and/or soaps of quality to match the beauty of the farm and the majestic living room and kitchen!

The farm is fantastic, full of charm! It has the typical Minho trout! Mrs. Graça is always very available and the farm animals are wonderful. We think that having animals and fruit trees—chestnut trees, citrus, and plenty of vines—gives the whole place an impressive charm. We give the “manager” a five‑star rating. Mrs. Graça’s kindness in leaving us onions and potatoes makes a difference! We recommend it and will return! The only thing to note is that, besides the price being a bit high, the beds need a “refresh” in mattress comfort overall. Regarding our last stay, the billiards table needs blue chalk and especially updated cues (there was only one in good condition) so we can enjoy that amenity.
