They offer a shared kitchen that tourists can use, the staff is friendly, and pets are allowed. However, the common kitchen is dirty and lacks basic cooking utensils.

The spot is just a 1–2 minute walk from the beach. The building feels old, the blanket is too thick, and they should give a regular blanket instead of a comforter, especially in summer.
