Замечательная гостиница с очень отзывчивым персоналом. Удобное расположение,идеальная чистота,очень хорошие завтраки. Спа на 18 этаже с потрясающим видом,работакт до 23.00. Понравилось абсолютно все,с удовольствием вернемся. Все было замечательно

The hotel’s location was the main reason I chose to stay here. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing: the rooms felt dated and needed renovation, with basic IKEA‑style furniture. Room service was slow, with delays in fulfilling requests. The location was the highlight, but the rooms and service need improvement.

The room was surprisingly spacious for the basic rate, featuring a combined tub and shower area while the toilet sat in a separate room, which we found very convenient; breakfast offered a nice variety and tasty options, everything stayed spotless, and the casino was a real highlight, though the construction on Rustavelli Ave. made us feel a bit detached from the city.
