“Frustração”
The architecture and location were fine, and they cleaned the pool just for us to use. My stay was cancelled because of a “staff shortage,” but the place is actually abandoned, which is a shame.

Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality of the entire staff, particularly Augusto, who provided outstanding service. The hotel's excellent accommodations were a highlight of our visit. Overall, we felt well taken care of during our stay.

While the hotel's location near the beach was a major draw, our stay was marred by subpar service from the front desk staff, who seemed inexperienced and failed to provide even basic amenities like trash collection. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by a lack of attention to detail and a general sense of disorganization.

While there were a few bright spots during our stay, including the efforts of the two staff members who seemed to be the only ones genuinely interested in providing good service, our overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail and a general sense of neglect. The hotel's accommodations were subpar, with issues like dirty water and a lack of amenities.
