Everything was fine, thanks to being only 10 minutes from the city center.
The room was big and the price unbeatable.

The place was very clean but a bit pricey for a night in such a spot, and you should expect loud cars at night; I heard the washing machine and the staff seemed a little confused.
The owner was very reliable and helped me with a late check‑in when I arrived very late, and he was very responsive. The exchange rate was unfair: they asked me to pay in cash in euros, otherwise they would charge the euro amount in Albanian lek at a rate different from the bank’s.
“Big Balcony, Small Elevator”
The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and that balcony? Huge. The restaurant just around the corner, Mensa Ladi, was tasty. Just a heads‑up: no elevator, and the bathroom had a funky smell the whole time.
We booked this place at the last minute after our original hotel had a problem, so the only bright spot was the location and the nearby bus stop; we overpaid for a room that didn’t deserve it – the fridge only worked when the card was inserted, so it was always warm when we left; the TV had no cable, and despite reporting it immediately they ignored us and we went three days without it; the room’s cleaning was nonexistent except for the second‑to‑last day when they finally emptied the overflowing bin; breakfast was only Albanian, and as Italians we felt this accommodation was just not good at all.
The staff were courteous and reliable, but the building had no elevator, which was the only drawback.
